We offer Medication Administration Certification 1, 2, and 3 initial courses on scheduled dates, with renewal sessions available by appointment during these times. Organizations and independent providers can receive stand alone training by appointment only.

Application Submission Requirements

All applications must be fully completed and approved before the start of class. Submit your application via:

Applicants will receive a confirmation email upon approval.

Payment Information

Approved students will receive an invoice before the first day of class for convenient online payment.

We also accept:

  • Money orders
  • Cashier’s checks (payable to Medina Nursing Services LLC)
  • Cash payments prior to the start of class

A receipt is provided for all students who do not use online payment.
